Prime Atlantic is a wholly Nigerian – owned company with investment and ownership in five (5) subsidiaries/joint venture companies namely;

- Prime Atlantic Cegelec Limited (PACE),
- Falck Prime Atlantic Limited (FPAL)
- West Atlantic Energy Nigeria Limited (WAEL)
- Prime Atlantic Global Instruments Limited (PAGI)
- AKE Prime Limited.

These formidable companies have been established over the years, from successful partnership with world leaders in various aspects of the global Oil and Gas industry. Our partners include Cegelec (France), Falck Safety Services (Denmark), Collabro (UK), Endress & Hauser (Switzerland), and AKE (UK) respectively.

PACE and FPAL have established two (2) world – class training centres (OPITO Certified) in Nigeria, within a cross learning environment, to provide co – ordinated professional development and training programs in Operations and Maintenance, Safety, Survival Emergency Response, Skills Development, and more.

PACE has trained and certified over 500 Nigerian operators for Chevron and Total at its training center, while the FPAL training center, has trained over 10,000 Oil and Gas personnel in the mandatory Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training amongst other training programs.
